Market & Salary Review (2026-27)

Our client is a global operation with a focus on energy and renewable sources.

This role will focus on critical power related business lines, APAC coverage and reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

Work Split

• Commercial/Projects: 50%
• Advisory: 30%
• Compliance: 20%

The Role

• You will work closely with the Energy / Power focused business teams, offering support across legal and compliance matters in the APAC region.
• This will involve the review, drafting and negotiation of various commercial, supply and EPC contracts, as well as taking a lead on project execution.
• Your role will also focus on delivering commercial solutions in real time, across a variety of strategic projects.
• You will also support teams on a variety of compliance areas such as governance and disputes (external vendor managment).

Requirements

• 6 - 12 PQE
• Open to lawyers from Tier 1 law firms who can demonstrate project managment and hands on commercial negotiations experience
• Ideally a candidate with a mixture of law firm and In-House would be preferred
• Backgrounds in commercial transactions with exposure to energy, engineering, construction - all highly preferred
• Other key skills include hands on EPC / supply chain project work as well and multi-jurisdictional coverage
