Full Time Retail Supervisor Jobs, in DORS At Design Orchard Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilites:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store along with other Supervisor and Asst. Store Managers
Supervise and/or perform cashiering duties (such as handling the point-of-sale and NETS systems)
Assist in managing inventory and housekeeping of store levels and assist the store manager in making decisions with regards to stock control
Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
Ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are followed
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives
Motivate & mentor retail staff and provide feedback to store manager
Train, mentor, coach and develop new full-time retail employees, including brand and product familiarization, in addition to the operational systems
Assist with any other duties and tasks as assigned by our Store Manager

Key Requirements:

Have experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar
Self-motivated and a good communicator with leadership experience
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
Have a positive, cheerful demeanor, and be a team player
Passionate about, and supportive of, local fashion brands, products, and stories
Enthusiastic about speaking, storytelling, and recommending said products
Good product knowledge of the products in the store and be clear with the on-going promotions in the store
