Job Summary

We are currently hiring for multiple Architect-level positions across Microsoft Cloud, Modern Workplace, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Collaboration, and Data & AI.

We are looking for experienced Senior / Lead / Solution / Enterprise Architects with strong expertise in one or more of the technology areas below. Candidates do not need to be experts across the entire technology stack; strong expertise in the relevant specialization is preferred.

• Design and provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale Microsoft Cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Lead architecture, migration, modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and highly available technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops and technical discussions.
• Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, roadmaps and best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, data and engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Support customers through complex technology transformation and implementation programs.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, Cloud Architect or equivalent.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale solutions within one or more of the above technology domains.
• Experience leading complex migration, modernization or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and cost-effective architectures.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.
