Job Summary

Oversee and optimize warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory control and streamline order fulfillment processes;

Supervise receiving and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods;

Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to coordinate efficient delivery schedules and resolve operational issues;

Enforce safety protocols and operational standards to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment.

Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;

At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or operations; relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications;

Basic knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking and inventory management;

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems;

Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills;

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently under pressure;

Willing to work in a warehouse environment, including occasional overtime, weekends, or shift duties when required.
