We're Hiring: Manager, University Rankings & Analytics Unit

University of Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced data and analytics professional to lead our University Rankings & Analytics Unit — a strategic role at the heart of our institutional performance and global positioning.

This position is responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle behind our national and international benchmarking submissions, including:

• MOHE SETARA
• MyRA
• QS World & Asia University Rankings
• THE World University Rankings & THE Impact Rankings

Key responsibilities include establishing robust data governance systems, verifying the accuracy and integrity of all submitted evidence, coordinating cross-functional data collection with HR, Academic Affairs, RMC, Finance, Student Affairs, and ICT, and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, Performance Management, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive data analytics experience within a Higher Education Institution
• Demonstrated success managing at least two full cycles of MyRA, SETARA, and QS/THE submissions
• Working familiarity with MyHER, e-MyRA, and global ranking submission platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau); SQL or Python skills are an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively under regulatory deadlines
