Job Summary

Join our growing food catering team as a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and developing sales strategies that expand our corporate and institutional customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate and institutional client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business
• Prepare clear, persuasive proposals and quotations tailored to client needs to secure new contracts
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate effectively with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the sales pipeline and closing deals
• Communicate persuasively with clients and internal teams to negotiate terms and resolve issues
• Work independently and proactively to meet customer needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in food & beverage or catering industry

• Strong communication skills demonstrated through client engagement and proposal development
• Negotiation skills applied in securing contracts and managing client expectations
