Job Description:
We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage distributor networks, and secure new business accounts across modern trade, general trade, and food service sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue growth and hit sales volume targets within assigned territories.
• Manage and expand distribution networks, wholesale channels, and key retail accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of the sales and merchandising teams.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, product promotions, and trade marketing activities.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with B2B clients, procurement managers, and distributors.
• Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, inventory movement analysis, and monthly reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience specifically within Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Service.
• Key Accounts: Proven track record handling Modern Trade, General Trade, or distributor management.
• Network: Strong existing relationships with food retailers, wholesalers, or corporate buyers.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and people management skills.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of food supply chains, product shelf-life, and food safety standards.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
