Annual Executive Health Screening
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update document records (e.g., drawings, submissions, correspondences) using CAG-approved platforms.
Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of documents to relevant parties.
Track document submissions and approvals, and follow up on pending items.
Support the site team with document retrieval and administrative tasks.
Ensure all documentation complies with CAG standards and procedures.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years’ experience in document control in construction projects.
Familiar with document control systems.
Well-organized with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
