1. Job Purpose

To assist in coordinating and monitoring the loading activities to ensure all goods are loaded accurately, safely, and according to the required schedule and documentation.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify loading documents, delivery orders, loading lists, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, operation team, drivers, and relevant departments regarding loading activities.
• Ensure the correct goods, quantity, and destination are prepared for loading.
• Check and record the quantity of goods loaded into the vehicle or container.
• Ensure loading activities are carried out according to the assigned schedule.
• Monitor the loading and unloading process to ensure goods are handled properly and safely.
• Verify vehicle and container details before loading.
• Record loading information accurately into the relevant system or documents.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, or loading issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure all required documents are properly completed and submitted to the relevant department.
• Assist in arranging and maintaining proper loading records for future reference.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding loading instructions, delivery details, and required documentation.
• Ensure the loading area is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company rules, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

3. Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, loading, or transportation operations will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform accurate data entry and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good attention to detail and responsible in handling documents and records.
