Full Time Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in ZIXIN ENTERPRISE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure accurate and timely cash flow management.
• Maintain the General Ledger by recording financial transactions, performing reconciliations and ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, account reconciliation reports and internal management reports to provide timely and accurate financial insights.
• Assist with GST filing and corporate tax-related matters to ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Review and verify staff claims and reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies and accurate expense reporting.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including recording asset movements and preparing depreciation schedules.
• Monitor and assist with cash flow management, including tracking collections, payments and operating expenses.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by management to support the overall financial operations of the company.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Odoo will be an advantage
