About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the beauty, aesthetic clinic, or wellness industry to lead branch sales, operations, and team performance. This role is suited for a strong sales leader who already has an established client network and can contribute leads from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive individual and branch revenue through consultations, treatment recommendations, package sales, and renewals.

• Activate existing leads and personal networks to generate new clients and maximise sales opportunities.

• Lead and coach beauty consultants, therapists, beauticians, and front-desk teams.

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve branch objectives.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure a smooth, professional client experience.

• Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups, retention initiatives, and service recovery.

• Support local marketing activities, promotions, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives.

• Ensure outlet standards, team productivity, and service quality are consistently maintained.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the beauty, aesthetic clinic, or wellness industry.

• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or branch management position.

• Strong proven track record in high-ticket beauty/aesthetic sales.

• Must have an existing client network / active leads and the ability to generate business independently.

• Excellent skills in consultative selling, closing, package upselling, and client retention.

• Strong team leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
