Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Deliver excellent customer service to local and international travellers
Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets
Promote duty-free products, ongoing promotions, and exclusive deals
Store Operations
Ensure products are well-stocked, replenished, and properly displayed
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store
Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions, refunds, and exchanges
Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory management
Product Knowledge
Maintain strong knowledge of product categories (e.g., liquor, tobacco, fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery)
Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand information
Provide accurate information on duty-free allowances and regulations
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (duty-free or travel retail is an advantage)
Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Attributes
Sales-driven with a positive attitude
Team player with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
