Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. In this position, the intern supports the marketing and sales teams with market research, lead generation, and outreach activities. Daily tasks include assisting in developing marketing strategies, preparing presentations and proposals, and updating CRM or lead databases. The intern helps coordinate campaigns, engage with prospective clients, and provide basic customer support to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves collaborating with team members, analyzing market and campaign data, and contributing ideas to improve business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and teammates.
• Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development using data and insights.
• Interest in Sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting proposal preparation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and business development processes.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort working with online tools and platforms.
