- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new IT technologies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience is required.
- Candidates with IT sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
