Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, train, and motivate nail technicians and salon staff.
Schedule staff shifts and manage appointments to optimize salon capacity.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
Monitor sales, daily revenue, expenses, and salon performance.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
