Responsibilities
Our client is opening a new
large-scale flagship restaurant and entertainment venue
at Far East Square, with a capacity of up to
300 guests
. The outlet is expected to open in early October 2026.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house and restaurant operations.
Lead, train and manage the service team.
Maintain service standards and guest experience.
Coordinate closely with the Head Chef.
Drive sales, revenue growth and upselling initiatives.
Manage P&L, operating costs and inventory.
Plan staff schedules and manpower deployment.
Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor-licensing requirements.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and operational standards.
Support pre-opening preparation and staff training.
Attend training in Shenzhen, China, if required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
High-volume or multi-concept outlet experience preferred.
Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills.
Good knowledge of P&L, cost control and inventory management.
Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations and licensing.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Able to commence at least 2 weeks before outlet opening.
