Full Time TikTok Shop - Creator Growth Manager (Junior) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in ORO Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop operations: Manage product listings, pricing coordination, and campaign setup within TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Plan and execute the TikTok Shop promotional and livestream calendar.
• Monitor shop performance (GMV, conversion, order fulfillment visibility) and flag issues early; coordinate with the wider commercial team on pricing and platform campaigns.
• Creator & affiliate management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing roster of TikTok creators and affiliates; negotiate commission structures and manage barter/product-seeding logistics.
• Set clear weekly output targets for creators and affiliates and track delivery; build and maintain relationships to convert one-off creators into repeat partners.
• Content strategy: Brief creators on content direction aligned with conversion drivers; review content before it goes live for brand fit and quality; track content performance (views, engagement, conversion) and feed learnings back into briefs; maintain a content calendar in coordination with marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social commerce, TikTok Shop management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center or a strong willingness and ability to learn it fast.
• Experience recruiting or managing creators/affiliates, even informally or at smaller scale.
• Comfortable negotiating commercial terms with creators and partners.
• Strong organisational skills and self-starter energy; able to build processes rather than just follow them.
• Nice to have: existing relationships with TikTok creators or affiliate networks in Malaysia; basic content editing skills (CapCut or similar); experience with FMCG, beauty, wellness, or consumable products.

Reporting line: Reports to the CEO and will oversee an existing affiliate/content freelancer as part of the creator management workstream.

ORO is scaling its TikTok presence and seeks a hands-on junior manager to own TikTok Shop operations, creator and affiliate partnerships, and the end-to-end content pipeline. This role offers high ownership to build the channel from the ground up.
