Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Upholding standards of the restaurant, and providing top-notch customer service experience to in-house guests
• Greet and guide guests to their tables and assist them in seating
• Answer phone calls and reply email enquiries in a professional manner
• Manage guests' reservations and scheduling
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Managing petty cash, staff claims and purchasing matters
• Updating the website and POS system on menu changes
• Responding to enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and Email.
• Printing menus as required.
• Supporting event-related tasks, including:
• Preparing event forms and invoices
• Coordinating special arrangements (e.g., rental of tablecloths, chairs, tables, etc.)
• Maintaining guest profiles in Seven Rooms and creating EDMs for internal events
MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum one (1) year of related experience in a fine dining environment
Excellent verbal communication skills is required
Professional appearance and attitude.
