Full Time Business Support Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in COREBUILD SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Corebuild Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Support Supervisor to support the company's day-to-day business, administrative and project operations. The successful candidate will coordinate with management, project teams, workers, suppliers and customers to ensure that administrative and operational matters are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily administrative and business support activities.
• Assist management in coordinating ongoing renovation, fit-out, M&E and other projects.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, project records and other business documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, workers and other external parties.
• Follow up on project schedules, material requirements, deliveries and outstanding matters.
• Maintain proper filing and records for projects, employees, suppliers and customers.
• Assist with worker attendance, payroll records, leave records and other HR administrative matters.
• Support work pass, training, insurance and other employee-related administrative requirements.
• Assist in procurement, including obtaining quotations, comparing prices and coordinating purchases and deliveries.
• Monitor outstanding payments, invoices and other routine accounts-related administrative matters.
• Prepare reports, schedules, spreadsheets and correspondence as required by management.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and site arrangements where required.
• Assist with government, building management and other administrative submissions where necessary.
• Supervise and guide administrative/support staff where applicable.
• Perform other business support and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in business administration, operations, project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in the construction, renovation, M&E or related industry would be an advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and workers.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to visit project sites when required.
