About The Job

• Business Growth & Pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects, and achieve business development targets.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare high-quality business proposals, client presentations, and pre-qualification submissions. Support contract discussions and negotiate favorable terms.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine market positioning.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of construction tendering procedures, procurement routes, contract administration, and project lifecycle dynamics.
• Established network of contacts within developers, main contractors and consultants
