Job Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell watches and related products to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist the Head Of Outlet with daily outlet operations, documentation and administrative duties.
- Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the outlet, display areas and stock are clean and well-organised at all times.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail, experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant customer service/sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and customer-oriented personality.
- Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
