Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
1. Architectural & Interior Design Specification (Spec-In)
Design Agency Penetration:
Establish and manage active relationships with leading commercial interior design and architectural firms (e.g., Gensler, M Moser, DWP, ID21).
Technical Presentations:
Conduct regular studio presentations and "Lunch & Learn" sessions to educate architects on Pepperwall's core technical specifications .
2. Enterprise & Regional Account Management
Dealership & MSA Partnerships:
Manage enterprise supply agreements—including the regional Master Services Agreement (MSA) with JLL Furniture Solutions—to capture recurring pipeline across APAC fit-outs.
MNC End-User Engagement:
Pitch directly to Heads of Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Directors, and ESG Leads, leveraging Pepperwall's certified low-carbon EPD data to fulfill client Scope 3 and BCA Green Mark 2021 requirements.
Cross-Border Coordination:
Collaborate with regional stocking hubs.
3. Tender Execution & Commercial Closing
Project Pipeline Tracking:
Identify upcoming workplace, healthcare, and educational fit-out tenders early in the design cycle using CRM and local project databases.
Contractor & QS Engagement:
Partner closely with Main Contractors, Joinery Sub-Contractors, and Quantity Surveyors to convert early design specs into confirmed, high-margin Purchase Orders (POs).
4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth
Industry Networking:
Represent Pepperwall at key regional industry events, including CoreNet Global symposiums and green building exhibitions.
Competitor Benchmarking:
Continuously monitor regional pricing trends, competing product portfolios, and carbon offset claims to sharpen Pepperwall’s value proposition against traditional market alternatives.
Product Line Expansion:
Gather site feedback from architects to inform new collection rollouts, custom colorway palettes, and system innovations (such as the 5-layer flat-strap air gap framework).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue & Margin:
Gross revenue generated and target gross margin percentage achieved on closed fit-out deals.
Specification Volume:
Number of active commercial projects where Pepperwall is named as the primary or approved acoustic specifier.
