Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and shared resources.
• Provide technical and application support and troubleshoot ICT devices.
• Deliver and set up shared ICT devices at required locations.
• Support ICT management with ICT-related tasks.
• Work closely with Desktop Engineers on operational and technical support.
• Support AV setup for programmes and events.
• Assist with audio/video and media production.
• Support non-SSOE devices and ALP ICT/Robotics equipment, including testing, inventory, packing and preparation.
• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons and training on Microsoft and Google applications.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Experience as an ICT Executive or equivalent role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in AV setup, audio/video production and video editing.
• Knowledge of ICT device troubleshooting and technical support.
• Inventory tracking experience preferred.
