Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee business operations, lead teams, develop strategies, and drive company growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and operational objectives to achieve company goals
• Lead, manage, and supervise employees and management teams to enhance productivity and engagement
• Monitor business performance, sales, productivity, and financial results to identify improvement areas
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support company expansion
• Review operational and financial reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control business expenses to optimize financial performance
• Resolve operational and organizational issues promptly to maintain business continuity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations to mitigate risks
• Set performance targets and monitor team and departmental achievements against goals
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to managers and employees to foster a positive work environment
• Represent the company in meetings and business discussions as required
• Perform other duties related to the company’s business activities as assigned
