Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen applications, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with candidates.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new-hire paperwork, set up digital profiles, and help run orientation sessions.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital personnel files while keeping strict data confidentiality.
• Payroll & Benefits: Track attendance, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, and gather data updates for monthly payroll processing.
• Employee Communication: Answer routine staff questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedure

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM1,700.00 per month
