Job Summary

Support the Shop Manager to operate the outlet profitably and efficiently while delivering a professional and positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in managing daily outlet operations to achieve profitability and efficiency
• Deliver attentive and helpful customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Merchandise products by organizing displays and ensuring stock is current
• Identify and return obsolete merchandise to suppliers to maintain inventory quality
• Operate the Point-of-Sales system accurately to process customer transactions
