Overview

As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Operations Management: Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring reliable service delivery, operational efficiency, and optimal cost management across eCommerce and B2B channels.
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management: Manage warehousing, distribution, and value-added service providers, monitoring KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
• Inventory & Reverse Logistics: Oversee inventory integrity, stock reconciliation processes, product returns, and reverse logistics activities to maintain high inventory accuracy and compliance standards.
• Planning & S&OP Support: Partner closely with planning teams to improve forecast accuracy, support market S&OP processes, and ensure optimal inventory availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stock risks.
• Customer Service & Order Fulfilment: Monitor outsourced customer service and order management functions, ensuring timely order fulfilment, shipment visibility, and high customer satisfaction levels.
• Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimisation: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, improve service levels, and deliver sustainable operational cost savings.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Collaborate with internal teams, logistics partners, and external service providers to proactively manage operational risks, business continuity, and future growth requirements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Supply Chain Operations Experience: Proven experience managing supply chain, logistics, warehousing, order management, or related operations within Malaysia and Singapore markets.
• Planning & Inventory Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, replenishment processes, and supply chain execution.
• Vendor & 3PL Management: Demonstrated success in managing external logistics providers and driving measurable performance improvements through KPI management.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Capability: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, lead initiatives, and build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
