Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in updating and maintaining HR databases and trackers.
• Assist with employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Department.

Academic Qualification

Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other equivalent fields.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration:

• Minimum 6 -month internship (or according to university requirements).

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
