Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse.
Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers’ requirements.
Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation.
Periodic inventory cycle counting.
Ensure accurate recording on the paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and any inventory transactions.
Operating warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks).
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members.
Assisting in training programs (OJT) for new hires.
Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges.
Encourage the reporting of safety hazards and participate in safety training initiatives.
Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Secondary School education, N or O level.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics or operations functions, ideally in the warehousing operations
Valid forklift license is preferred
Able to operate the RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks) is preferred.
