Full Time Technician (Engineering Coffee) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in DXN Holdings Kedah - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Responsible to perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as scheduled.
• Responsible to report breakdown or unusual machine conditions to the Senior Executive as necessary.
• Responsible to checking, repairing and servicing mechanical equipment, facilities and machineries.
• Responsible to maintaining stock levels of necessary parts, ordering facilities and machinery spare parts.
• Responsible to implementing Preventive Maintenance to all machine in coffee production.
• Responsible to sign off for checking of Preventive Maintenance machine.
• Responsible to sign off for checking of Facility Checking.
• Responsible to sign off for checking and review of CCP Records.
• Responsible to ensure machines are running smoothly and with minimum down time.
• Able to support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
• Able to operate welding equipment to repair and fabricate metal components as needed.
• Responsible to perform installation, troubleshooting support, repair services and preventative maintenance of coffee machine.
• Able to follow Superior’s instruction.
• Responsible to monitor process quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
• Responsible to involvement in learning new machinery.

Requirement :

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in mechanical/facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food/beverage production environment
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and machine troubleshooting
• Skilled in checking, repairing, servicing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, mechanical systems, and facilities; familiar with Preventive Maintenance (PM)
• Basic knowledge of facility systems
• Able to work in production shift rotation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
