ROLE OBJECTIVEThe Area Manager (AM) is responsible for:

• Fully owning 6 - 8 assigned outlets
• Ensuring daily operations are smooth, consistent, and controlled
• Managing people, cost, and execution at store level

Core mission:Control 6 Stores → Stabilize → Execute Perfectly

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES1.

1.Full Ownership of 6-8 Outlets

• Take full responsibility for all 6 stores’ performance
• Ensure each outlet:
• Opens & closes properly
• Runs smooth daily operations
• Maintains consistent standards

Each store must be under control, not reactive

2. Staff & Team Management

• Manage:
• Supervisors
• Full-time & part-time crew
• Ensure:
• Full staffing coverage daily
• Strong discipline & punctuality
• Handle:
• Last-minute manpower issues

No store should suffer due to manpower failure

3. Sales Execution (Daily Focus)

• Ensure all 6 outlets:
• Execute promotions correctly
• Push upselling
• Are ready during peak hours
• Monitor:
• Daily sales trend
• Immediate drop in performance

Focus on execution that impacts daily revenue

4. Labour & Cost Control

• Ensure all 6 outlets:
• Stay within 15–20% labour cost
• Control:
• Overtime
• Overstaffing

Every shift must be efficient and productive

5. Stock & Inventory Control

• Ensure:
• Correct ordering
• No stock-out during peak
• Control:
• Wastage
• Misuse of stock

Stock must be accurate, available, and controlled

6. SOP & Quality Control

• Enforce:
• SOP compliance (100%)
• Product consistency
• Maintain:
• Cleanliness
• Hygiene

Every outlet must reflect brand standard

7. Problem Solving (Immediate Action)

• Resolve:
• Staff issues
• Customer complaints
• Operational breakdown

Problems must be solved same day (no delay)

8. Reporting & Communication

• Daily update to OE:
• Store condition
• Issues
• Actions taken
• Weekly summary:
• Performance
• Key problems
• Improvement plan

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
