Full Time Executive, Loan Processing Admin (Fresh Grad) Jobs, in Carsome Selangor - Maukerja

About You :

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive, Business Enablement. The incumbent will monitor daily performance, assist admins on operational issues, coordinate with branches, sales teams, banks, and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate, and quality hire purchase processing. This role also supports the higher level operation, including bank monthly cadence coordination, campaign execution, reporting, approval ratio monitoring, ancillary vendor performance, and compliance checks. The Senior Executive should be organized, accountable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support the daily monitoring of Centralised Credit Processing and Business Enablement activities, including submission volume, approval status, pending cases, turnaround time, and disbursement progress.

• Assist the Credit Processing team with daily administrative tasks and ensure cases are processed according to established procedures.

• Coordinate with branches, sales teams, and internal departments to gather required documents and resolve application-related queries.

• Prepare and route hire purchase applications based on internal guidelines and bank requirements under the guidance of senior team members.

• Update daily trackers, dashboards, and operational records accurately to ensure timely reporting and visibility.

• Follow up on outstanding cases with branches, banks, and relevant stakeholders to support timely application processing.

• Assist in identifying incomplete documentation or process issues and escalate them to senior team members when necessary.

Your Know How :

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

• Good working knowledge of Google Office, especially Google Sheets, with the ability to manage trackers, reports, and dashboards.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately and consistently.
