Full Time RESTAURANT MANAGER - NKS ALAM BUDIMAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,700 in Hajris F&B Selangor - Maukerja

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate restaurant employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints or concerns.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Halal requirements.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Work closely with Area Managers and Head Office departments to implement company initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, sales performance, inventory, and operational costs.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
