What You’ll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations & ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and guide service crew during shifts
• Deliver excellent customer experience (Japanese-style hospitality)
• Handle customer feedback & resolve service issues
• Assist in staff training & daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years F&B / restaurant experience
• Passionate about customer service & Japanese cuisine
• Positive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
