Responsibilities
Manage enquiries from prospective parents across multiple channels including calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
Provide personalised engagement by understanding parents’ needs and recommending suitable programmes
Conduct engaging centre tours and clearly explain curriculum and learning environment
Guide parents through the decision-making journey with timely follow-ups and support
Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the enrolment process
Build strong relationships with parents to encourage trust, retention, and referrals
Ensure consistent communication aligned with the centre’s brand values
Track and update lead information, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
Support achievement of enrolment and engagement targets through structured follow-ups and service excellence
