Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our Sales Team. You will be responsible for engaging with existing clients, maintaining client relationships, and developing opportunities for new client conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with existing clients from our database.
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Focus on client retention and reactivation.
• Follow up with potential clients and work towards successful conversion.
• Identify and generate new leads through suitable channels.
• Assist potential clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
