We are looking for a results-driven ISA Manager to manage and lead our ISA team and drive the sales conversion process from lead generation to completed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach and monitor 4 ISAs and their daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Manage and distribute leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper CRM records.
• Monitor lead quality, appointment setting, show-ups and conversion.
• Coordinate with Content Creators and Live Hosts to generate quality leads.
• Coordinate ISA-to-Closer handovers and ensure proper follow-up.
• Monitor the full sales funnel: Lead → Appointment → Show-Up → Booking → Sale.
• Identify conversion gaps and implement improvements.
• Conduct training, coaching and role-play sessions for ISAs and Closers.
• Prepare and monitor key sales performance reports and KPIs.
• Work closely with Marketing, Project and Sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
