The Role Here's what you'll be doing day to day:
- Drive sales performance and hit targets across your assigned territory
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Plan and manage regular customer visits, logging all activity accurately in Salesforce
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to retain, develop, and grow existing accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year's hands-on experience in a sales, business development, or account management capacity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a welcome advantage
- A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel regularly within your territory
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with a clear focus on results
