Job Summary

You will deliver quality food and beverages while maintaining health and safety standards, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and support store operations including cash handling and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Follow operational policies and procedures accurately, including cash handling protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to meet hygiene standards
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
• Communicate clearly in English to assist customers and team members effectively
• Work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
• Demonstrate an outgoing and energetic personality to create a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Exhibit a strong service mindset and respond positively to feedback
• Ability to start work immediately is a plus
