Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Program Manager (PM), the Intelligence Analyst will support the programmatic and administrative needs of client programs. The analyst will be located at Crisis24’s Singapore office with working hours based on a 24/7 shift schedule. Evening, overnight, holiday, and weekend work will be required as part of the shift work. The analyst will be available to travel to client locations on occasion.
What You Will Work On

• Triage a variety of requests from the client and ensure that the requesters get the information and services that they require in a timely manner
• Recognize crisis situations and initiate proactive action using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track and respond to travel reservations to high-risk destinations
• Track and respond to Crisis24’s alerts and world events for client impact to travelers, assets, and operations
• Conduct employee and traveler safety check ins
• Escalate intelligence and impact information to appropriate client stakeholders
• Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis
• Liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns
• Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs
• Deliver oral and written intelligence and programmatic briefings to members of client’s security team or business leadership teams
• Work with security team members effectively and efficiently
• Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols
• Contribute to the maintenance of the client proprietary program functions
• Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data
• Assist in production of specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies
• Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports
• Suggest to EIS Manager potential improvements to the program and SOPs
• Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team's product offerings and limitations
• Be consistently engaged on a daily basis with teammates
• Other duties as assigned within scope of the dedicated client program

Information Security

• Adhere to applicable information security procedures and policies as updated from time to time on the ISMS
• Report any information security incidents or potential information security threats to the Information Security Officer
• Take a proactive approach to information security

Who You Will Work With

• The analyst will work directly with the PM and EIS team members to implement and execute tasks as they relate to the client’s integrated risk management and global security program

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• 3 years’ experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required
• Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills
• Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint preferred
• Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work with little supervisionAbility to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively during shiftsEstablishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contacts
• Foreign language and travel experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
