Available Positions

Role Description

The Barista Crew will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include operating coffee machines, maintaining product quality, managing workstation cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene standards. The role also involves assisting with stock management and supporting smooth café operations as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage.

Salary Range

Full-time: up to RM2,500 monthly.

Part-time: starting RM9 per hour, paid monthly.
