Job Summary

We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment offering spa, wellness, dining, entertainment, and relaxation services.

We are looking for customer-oriented Operation Executive to support our daily operations. You may be assigned to different departments such as Front Desk, Spa, Restaurant, Leisure, or Guest Areas based on business needs and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Welcome, assist, and guide customers.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests.

• Support daily operations and ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Assist with events, promotions, and marketing activities.

• Follow company SOPs and service standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to work in different departments as required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24-hour environment.

Working Hours
