About the role

Trident Digital is one of the fastest growing marketing agencies for financial advisors and real estate leaders in Singapore. Every client we work with started as a conversation someone had to start. This role starts those conversations.

You'll be the front end of our business development: reaching out to potential clients, keeping conversations warm, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. It's a hands-on, execution-focused role — and it's how careers in sales and business development actually begin. Not with a fancy title, but with learning how to open doors, day after day, and getting paid more when more of them open.

What the setup looks like

You'll work closely with our BD lead and the founder — which means you'll see, up close, how deals actually move from first message to signed client. Outreach runs mainly through LinkedIn, Instagram and email. Prospects are financial advisors and real estate leaders in Singapore. You'll follow proven outreach processes and scripts to start, with real room to improve them as you learn what works.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, email and other platforms
• Start conversations and build genuine initial connections — not spray-and-pray spam
• Follow up consistently so leads stay warm and conversations keep moving forward
• Keep the pipeline clean: every prospect tracked, every response logged, nothing dropped
• Support the BD lead with simple decks, proposals and client coordination when needed

How you'll be measured

Conversations started, replies earned, and meetings booked for the BD lead. Your commissions are tied to results, so the better you get at this, the more you earn — and you'll see your numbers every week. If you like the idea of your pay reflecting your output instead of just your hours, you'll enjoy this.
