Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to successful placement.
• Develop new clients and generate recruitment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Manage interviews, offers and candidate negotiations.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Achieve individual revenue and placement targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong business development and client management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving recruitment or sales targets.
• Good sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
• Commercially driven and results-oriented.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
