About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our recon automotive sales team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, presenting suitable vehicles, following up with prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins.
• Understand customer needs, budget and preferred vehicle specifications.
• Recommend suitable reconditioned and premium vehicles based on customer requirements.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and showroom appointments.
• Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with financing, trade-in and documentation enquiries.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into appointments and sales.
• Keep updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, market trends and new arrivals.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Provide professional after-sales assistance and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in automotive sales, recon cars, luxury cars or related sales roles is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to work towards monthly sales targets.
• Active and confident on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Comfortable appearing in videos, creating simple automotive content or presenting vehicles on camera.
