Full Time Facilities Maintenance Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in ACCG SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

-To monitor all scheduled, breakdown, unscheduled and cyclical maintenance works.
-To schedule, monitor and ensure scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities and additional M&E and building services under the Contract are carried out effectively.
-To carry out daily inspection of M&E systems and building to ensure that defects are promptly rectified as spelt out in the service standard.
-Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.
-Support manager in daily operation for maintenance.
-Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.
-Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.
-Manage office supplies, maintenance tools, and equipment stock.
