Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead complex supply chain and logistics transformation projects across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will manage projects from planning through implementation, coordinating business stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams while balancing scope, schedule, quality, risk and operational continuity.

The role requires strong experience in supply chain operations, project management, business process improvement and stakeholder management, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, resources, quality and risks.
  • Plan and execute projects involving supply chain network changes, operational transformation and technology-enabled process improvements.
  • Manage projects involving the onboarding of new contract manufacturers, distribution centres, logistics providers and carriers.
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Document business processes, requirements, project plans and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring business continuity during implementation.
  • Manage vendors and external partners, including remote teams and service providers.
  • Establish and monitor project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across local, regional and global stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex project issues and escalate matters appropriately to senior management.
  • Present project status, risks, issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support change management and implementation activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.
  • Apply analytical and structured problem-solving approaches to complex supply chain and project challenges.

Supply Chain Experience

Candidates should have practical experience across relevant areas of supply chain operations, including:

  • Inbound and outbound logistics
  • Warehousing operations
  • Receiving and put-away
  • Inventory accuracy and cycle counting
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Order fulfilment
  • Last-mile delivery
  • Third-party logistics (3PL) management
  • SLA and KPI management
  • Supply chain risk management
  • Logistics network operations

Key Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant professional experience, including substantial project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, quality and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with local, regional and remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience analysing and reengineering business processes and recommending solutions.
  • Experience facilitating business requirements workshops.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across the APAC region and with regional or global project teams.
  • Ability to communicate project status and complex issues effectively to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Experience in service, support or after-sales operations.
  • Consulting or management consulting experience.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the role of project management across different implementation phases.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, logistics providers or third-party logistics organisations.

Ideal Experience

The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience planning and delivering supply chain implementation projects such as:

  • Onboarding a new contract manufacturer
  • Onboarding a new distribution centre
  • Onboarding a new logistics carrier or transportation provider
  • Implementing or improving warehouse operations
  • Implementing supply chain or logistics process changes
  • Integrating new logistics partners into an existing supply chain network
