About the Role

Koffie Lane is looking for a confident and proactive Corporate PR & Strategic Partnerships Executive to expand our brand presence beyond our cafe outlets.

Your main responsibility is to create opportunities for Koffie Lane by building relationships with corporations, government agencies, hospitals, media organisations, universities, NGOs and other strategic partners.

This is a field-based and relationship-driven role. You will actively approach organisations, arrange meetings, present collaboration ideas and follow up until opportunities are secured.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential organisations and partners for Koffie Lane.
• Arrange and attend external meetings with companies, government agencies, hospitals, media organisations, universities and NGOs.
• Develop creative collaboration and CSR opportunities.
• Pitch Koffie Lane for media features, interviews and lifestyle programmes.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, corporate representatives and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare simple proposals, presentation decks and collaboration ideas.
• Represent Koffie Lane professionally during meetings, events and networking sessions.
• Follow up actively with potential partners until opportunities are concluded.
• Maintain a database of contacts, meetings and partnership opportunities.
• Work directly with Koffie Lane management on PR and brand expansion initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in PR, corporate communications, partnerships, media, events or business development.
• Confident communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable approaching new organisations and senior decision-makers.
• Able to attend meetings independently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable with rejection.
• Presentable and professional.
• Able to generate collaboration ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
• Existing media, corporate or government network is a strong advantage.
• Own transportation preferred.

This is NOT primarily a social media or content-creation position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors and creating opportunities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
