About the role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play an important role in bringing sports events and participant experiences to life through design. From event posters and digital campaigns to medals, T-shirts, packaging, souvenirs, and other event merchandise, your work will be seen and experienced by participants, organisers, and audiences.

You will work closely with the creative team and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and visual materials that are engaging, practical, and aligned with each event’s theme and brand identity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their designs go beyond the screen and become part of a real-world event.

Responsibilities:

• Sports Event Design: Create visual materials for sports events, including posters, banners, social media content, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Event Product Design: Design medals, T-shirts, packaging, souvenirs, merchandise, and other event-related products from concept to final artwork.
• Creative Concept Development: Develop creative concepts based on event themes, campaigns, client briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Print & Production: Prepare artwork for printing and production, ensuring designs meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Multimedia Content: Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and other digital content to support event campaigns and promotions.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to develop, refine, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess at least a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.
• Experience in creating cross-platform digital work is a plus.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia design content.
