• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, payments, and account matters.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding issues and requests.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
• Escalate complicated cases to the Supervisor or Team Leader when necessary.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets set by the company.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality.
• Work closely with the Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
